Payment: Payment can to us by several different means. Credit cards can be accepted via this website, using a secure EKM server. We also accept paypal & Google checkout. Alternatively we are happy to accept credit/debit cards by phone or cheques/postal orders by post. WE DO NOT TAKE AMERICAN EXPRESS

Shipping in the UK is by Royal mail 1st class post Outside of the UK shipping is by international signed for (airmail) Please be aware that orders for shipment to Northern Ireland will charged at the European rate.
Returns & Refunds: Faulty goods: Please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods in order to arrange for a replacement item or a refund where a replacement item is not available.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order please contact us. If your order has not been dispatched we will not charge you for your order and your order will be cancelled immediatley. If your item has been dispatched your order will only be cancelled once the item/s have been returned to us in original condition. In this instance it will be your responsibility to return the item safely to us - we would recomend that you use a traqckable postage method as we can take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
VAT:
Vat is included in all products listed for sale. Vat reciepts can be provided upon request.
Products descriptions & Availability:
Products descriptions are accurate at the time of printing. All items seen for sale are items kept in stock by ourselves, we do not use dropshippers or list any products for sell that we do not have in stock. If we do run out of stock that has been ordered due to any unforseen circumstances we will inform the customer of any delays as soon as possible and give the customer the option of a full refund if they would prefer.
