How can i pay for my purchases?

You can pay by several means: directly on this website using EKM's secure payments, paypal, by credit/debit card over the phone, by sending a cheque or postal order or by Google checkout.

When can i expect my order to arrive?

We aim to send all items that are paid for before 2pm on the same working day by 1st class post.  We use Royal mail to deliver all of our goods and once a package has left us we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.  We find most parcels arrive very quickly, but this does depend on Royal Mail and we do sometimes have some issues with them. 

My item has not arrived what should i do?

As stated above we use royal mail 1st class delivery for all orders.  We would ask that you please be patient as royal mail can sometimes be very slow to deliver, however if your purchase has not arrived after ten days please do contact us so that we can look into the matter.

How can i contact you?

All contact about any product or order from this website is dealt with by our parent company seaview shavers (details of phone and e-mail can be found on the contact us page)  Seaview shavers is a small family run company with 5 members of staff who have a vast knowledge of all products on this site and will be happy to assist with any queries or problems regarding your order.

I can't find a part that i need on your website, what can i do?

If there is something that you specifically require that you do not see listed on the website, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will be happy to advise you.  We have a large stock of spare/replacement parts and not all are shown on this website, so we may have what you need in stock.  If we do not have what you require we will try to obtain it for you and happily contact you once the item is in stock.

How do i know i can trust your company/website?

We have been trading as a retail business for over 20 years and have been trading online for 6 years.  We have 2 Ebay accounts and also sell via Amazon marketplace.  Our main ebay account Seaviewshavers has a positive feedback score of over 40,000 having only EVER recieved 2 negative feedbacks.  We are main service agents/authorised dealers for a range of big brand companies, including: Philips, Kenwood, Delonghi, Bissell, Magimix, Electrolux, Panasonic.
